Wages and Allowances

The Cleaning Award prescribes the minimum rate of pay that is payable to an employee.

The Cleaning Award contains various allowances.

The minimum rates of pay in the Cleaning Award are in Clause 16 - Minimum Wages, or Schedule A - Savings Provisions or Schedule B - Transitional Provisions.

Which clause applies depends upon the circumstances of the employee (Shedule A) or employer (Schedule B).
